Hanging with the Golds

This weekend was a 3 day weekend for me since I worked all last weekend and was off on Friday. Parker and I went to went to Busch Gardens yesterday since we are season ticket holders. We had every intention to ride coasters but I went running before that (silly me) and it was really hot. We were just dragging. We went to the new area of the park called Jungala and then we cooled off in the arcade. I beat Parker at air hockey...haha! I also still know how to win those crane games with the stuffed animals. And it all started on the boardwalks of Atlantic City as a kid not having a clue what to do. Then we went to a park in Clearwater where are Rabbi friend hosted a Havdalah by the docks. Before that, we tried a game of Frisbee golf. Yes, I am not even kidding, the game does exist and the park had a 18 hole course. Our firisbee on one whole nearly ended up in the lake. They have different width Frisbees to mimic the different kinds of golf clubs. It was fun.

Today we went to Orlando to sit all the Gold family. We first went to Barry and Penny's house and enjoyed a nice at homemade lunch. We got to watch Wall-E the new Pixar movie. Then we headed to Parker's brother and sister in law's house to see their newest addition, Layla. She's about two weeks making it probably the tiniest baby I've held. She's so precious!! We also had fun with Mason as always play with all his musical instruments. We caught some blinding rain coming home. But now it's back to work tomorrow...have a good week!
