$5 Day at the Lowry Park Zoo

Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa is the home of over 2,000 species of animals. Each year, they have 3-4 days where tickets are discounted. So today was the day. I had not been there in over two years so I figured it was time to go back and see all the animals again. This must have been a good mating season because I saw tons of baby animals. I always have had a love for animals. I say if I didn't become a dietitian, I would have been a vet or zoologist or something. It's never too late, right or do they have dietitians for animals?? I find their behavior to be very fascinating. I could have spent the whole day watching them the organgutans, chimps, penguins, and tigers interact. It's also incredible all the different markings and patterns between species- part of life's great beauties. Here are just a few pics...
