What strange weather we're having

This week has been strange to say the least...the weather has been unseasonably cold. Today the high was like 45 and we had a little bit of hail or sleet early this AM. I personally didn't drive in it because I didn't go out until later on in the day. I had to suck it up and go buy some warmer clothes. My corduroy "fall" jacket just isn't cutting it, but it's going to have to do for now! I thought I lived in Florida!! Walking outside today and seeing kids in winter jackets and hats reminded me of the time our family went to Disney in December back in the late 80s and we froze. I think that's why I always remember hating Disney. As a kid, I'd see the Disney commercial with the cast of the Cosby show (rem that one- the zippity do da song) and that was definitely not my experience. We have pics of us in winter coats, scarves, and mittens. What fun!! Gosh what I'd give for a nice warm hat and gloves, but suprisingly I couldn't find any. Well I'm sure in a weeks time it'll be back in the 60s and 70s but until them, I'm trying to stay warm. Stay warm too!!
