I Got A Job!!!!!

I got a job!!! Although many thought that was fast with only being in Baltimore for two weeks, I started applying right after I stopped working (nearly four months ago). I actually got offered another job that I interviewed for last week on the same day. This position had three desirable things for me (a nicer working environment, the long term care aspect which I think I will enjoy, and better pay!) I gladly accepted the job the day they offered it to me. Being jobless in a new place really was getting me down so this couldn't have come at a better time. I'll be the full time dietitian at this facility and they also have a part time dietitian as well. It is a rehab/nursing home facility with a vent unit so lots of tube feedings which I enjoy managing. I am excited to start orientation in 2 1/2 weeks. I'll let you know how things go.
