This weekend Parker and I headed to Orlando/Altamonte Springs to spend a day with Parker's family including his younger brother, wife, and son and his older brother, wife, and 2 girls from MD. We went to the mall where Marin (Parker's niece) made her very own cougar at Build A Bear workshop. Although cute, Parker bear (which I made for my Chanukah present from Parker) is definitely cuter!! We went to a car show and I got to sit in a '63 Corvette Convertible. For only 55K that thing could have been mine!!! Parker's mom also loaded me up with Passover food- thanks Penny!!
Today Parker was playing in a softball tournament sponsored by the JCC with our YAD buddies. I have to say I enjoyed being a spectator but maybe I'll be on the team next year. I was the official team photographer and Parker played pitcher. I have to say my pictures are kind of bias!! Unfortunately it was drizzly but of course now the sun is shining as if it never rained. Well that's the update for now...stayed tuned as Lori is coming to Tampa for Seder. As they say down here, Happy Pesach Y'all!!!
