Me and the King

I spend the past 5 days in Nashville, TN at the Opryland Hotel and Resort for the National Kidney Foundation Annual Spring meeting. I didn't stay in the hotel because who can afford a room at $2oo/day! What an exquisite place!!! They had this beautiful outdoors like walkway with shrubs, waterfalls, and flowers. I spent a lot of my breaks between sessions just strolling around. The first day I walked to the Grand Ole Opry and the Opry mills mall. Half way through the meeting, I ran into a girl I graduated with from WCU. Small world, right!! Since she has a rental car (and I didn't) we headed into down town Nashville where all the fun was. I learned a lot and got to see an area of the country I would probably have never gone to. I had a great experience and came back maybe just a little bit wiser in renal nutrition.
