Another Weinberg Wedding

Last weekend Mitch and I packed our bags and headed south to Virginia. Eight weeks after our wedding, Seth (my brother in law) and Gabby's (my now sister in law's) wedding. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed the eight hour car drive because a) I wasn't driving b) the scenery going through West Virginia and Virginia is incredibly beautiful, and c) we only made 2 rest stops making the trip not to much longer.

Mitch and I couldn't stop talking about the shul. It was probably the most beautiful one we had seen in a while. It had a very Sephardic flavor it it. I couldn't wait to get some pictures of it after their Auf Ruf and after Shabbat. Mitch read torah at the Auf Ruf too. He really enjoys it and is working on another parsha he'll be reading in two weeks from now. That makes me so proud!

And now onto the wedding day...if I had to sum it up in one word that would be classy. The hotel was very Williamsburgesque and had lovely grounds which made for very awesome outdoor pictures. Let me backtrack, the wedding day started off with a 5K run since the couple enjoys running. You will see below the pics of participants. She used lots of pink and white roses. When the reception was over, they did an exit through the courtyard lined with candles in pink bags. What a great day from the ceremony to the dancing at the reception. I hope their day lived up to their expectations. Mazel tov Seth and Gabby!

Mitch got bottle of Johny Walker Green and he was mighty happy!

the night before the wedding they had another wedding going on which was near the bar and this 13 yo kid from the wedding came in with his dummy. We learned all about the creepy looking thing.Weird0!
