October brings 1st snow and 3rd half marathon

The last week of October bought some pretty bizarre weather. This was the same weekend as our Gettysburg, PA Gray and Blue Half Marathon. Luckily the race was Sunday which gave them plenty of time to salt and clear the roads. It didn't make for fun travel to Gettysburg on Saturday. We got dumped with 4-6 inches. It was so beautiful to see Winter like weather with the colors of Fall. It was also the first snow I had seen in the Northeast in nearly 5 years. We all had a great race and enjoyed the history of Gettysburg.
