Future Care Christmas Party

Every year my work holds a Christmas party, but this year we had to fund raise to make it happen. My boss didn't think a funded party by the company would be right in lieu of several layoffs in the company because of budget cuts to Medicare ( I tend to agree with his thinking). Mitch actually went along with the idea of going. They held the party at a local church near where I work. Little did I know there would be booty shaking music and some easy listening, coworkers dressed a little hoochyish, and plenty of adult beverages to go around (it was BYOB- even though I'm a department head, someone forgot to relay me that little bit of information). Mitch and I had a great time, we even danced and I have to say that he actually got me on the dance floor (shocking I know). He enjoyed meeting my coworkers and the department heads that I always talk about.
