Fall Foliage in Edmonton

I forgot how much I enjoy fall because last year at this time, the leaves were already gone and we had our first snow.  Fall has decided to stick around longer this year.   We haven't had many days where they high was below 45-50F.  It's been such a pleasure!  I know this may sound cold to some of you but a dry cold is different than a wet cold.  With the sun shining it feels pretty nice.  These photos were taking during a meetup at the Kinsmen which is close to the Edmonton parks system.  I hope you enjoy then as much as I enjoy as taking and editing them.

this guy is making bannock-a bread made in an open fire with a stick.  Popular with the natives

weddings are very popular this time of year.  I saw another one a week later in the same spot
hipsters walking and biking...classic

this effect is done but zooming in and out as you shoot on a low shutter speed

not sure what was going on with this family.  The boys were in plaid kilts and the parents in plaid as well
