Photography on an Acreage (a couple weeks ago)

Canadians love their acreages!  Acreages are what Canadians call a house on a big plot of land. They are located in the rural areas of town almost getting out of the city.  There is definitely something to be said to owning one of these (peaceful and surrounded by nature) but they also are pretty isolated from other neighbors and common conveniences.  Like boats it's nice to know someone that owns one.  The Edmonton Shutterbugs were lucky to have a member whose parents owned a huge acreage where we could take pictures.  On the property there was war memorabilia, tractors, and old time cars.  My favorite part was photographing the Clydesdales.   They were so beautiful and very friendly.  I'm not sure who enjoyed the photo session more.

the kids of some of our members had a good time blowing bubbles
wanted to give it an authentic feel in B&W
