2 Months Without Posting...Some Kind of Record

It's been 2 months since my last post...things have been very busy with school/life.  Mainly, I've been having 1st trimester symptoms again- fatigue and intermittent nausea for the past three weeks.  I will be 25 wks. gestation on Sunday.  The weeks are flying by.  I feel the baby move a lot and it's become visible from the outside as well.  I find myself talking to my belly a lot and usually try to play music (classical during dinner) each night.  Mitch loves to feel the kicks; he's even started reading the book his parents got him for his birthday on being a father.  I've been reading a lot of baby books too (some absolutely terrifying) and others enjoyable.  I started prenatal yoga about a month ago and really enjoy it.  It's interesting to see all the shapes and sizes even those women who in the same week.  The human body is fascinating!!

I definitely have a lot of fears partially due to the way the healthcare works up here as well as the basic fear of unknown.  In Canada, women don't get referred to an OB until 28 weeks so I see my primary every month.  There was a little mix up with the referral not getting sent so hopefully by next week I'll have a 28 wk appt sent.  In talking to a lot of women (maybe too many) I have two options for delivery and was told the closer hospital is mostly for high risk women which I am not.   It all depends on where my OB has privileges as well.  Then there are prenatal classes which haven't been discussed yet and hospital tours.  Throw in lots of question that people ask me regularly about finishing my thesis before graduation to which my advisor thinks I can finish before but I'm not so sure.  I haven't been as productive lately due to not feeling my best.  Aghhh

We have started to look at baby stuff at the beginning of the month.  Due to requests and questions about registering, we will have two registries- one at Sears.ca and the other at Toysrus.ca.  We haven't added anything yet but hope to this month.

Here are some pics of me pregnant, my spring break rendezvous to Florida, as well as other things going on.  Enjoy and my apologies for my MIA status.

this was taken when we saw Justin Timberlake back in January. The videos are better but don't upload well
