This was Ian's first trip out of Canada and our first trip to meet our new nieces. We hadn't seen Seth of Gabby in about a year and a half. Ian did very well on the flight (minor crying episode on take off and luckily no dress changes). It took about 2 days for him to get used to the time change.
We had such a great time- Mitch and I got to run together for the first time together since Ian was born, celebrate American Thanksgiving in the US for the first time in two years, Gabby and I got birthday pedicures, we had a date night, and I got to go to Virginia Beach and walk on the beach and feel the water. We go to know the girls better and spend quality time with my SIL, BIL, MIL, and FIL. I got a glimpse of what life is like with twins, and it's definitely no joke. After a few wrong name calling, I can finally tell Hannah and Meredith apart even when they are not side by side:). Here are some pics of our 1 1/2 weeks in VA. Also there are pics from the Cheesecake Factory when we met up with Aunt Sandy and Uncle Sheldon
