Ian continues to grow and grow. He's been rolling over to one side for the past couple weeks and is getting better at holding toys. He loves to hold his rattle, but I still don't think he knows what he's doing when he does it. When he looks at his fingers, you can see the wheels churning in his head. He loves to put his fist in his mouth. Each times he does this, it reminds me of the opening of "Golden Girls." Only I would make a reference like that. Mitch went to a conference this month and I was a single parents for four days. The hardest part about this was putting food on the table. Taking care of him and cooking posed some challenges. There were a couple nights where I ended up making a simple sandwich. Props to all the single moms out there.
Mitch's parents came to visit this past week. I think Ian had a great time getting to know them better. Rob made him giggle a lot. His giggles are so cute. I took them to Baby Lap time, which is a program they have at the library for infants. It was nice to have them see and participate in what we do every week.
Here are some pics from happenings in September.
